Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is hiring an IT Financial Compliance Senior Associate to strengthen our SOX framework, IT control design, and risk management across the engineering landscape.

The role is based in-office in Makati City or Angeles City with night shifts aligning to EST, requiring a Big 4 or equivalent audit background, strong communication, and the ability to partner with engineering teams to resolve control gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting with a focus in IT).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience at a Big 4 audit firm or a company’s internal audit/risk management function, with experience in audit/attestation services, including IT audit and risk management, compliance, information security, process controls integration, system pre-implementation reviews, and mergers and acquisitions due diligence, with direct SO experience (a plus but not required).
• Familiarity with source code management systems (e.g. Github) and continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (a plus but not required).
• Familiarity with SQL based reporting tools (e.g. Looker, Metabase).

Responsibilities

• Understand our IT infrastructure and how it fits into the overall engineering controls environment.

• Assist in ad-hoc special projects as necessary.

Job Description:

What you’ll need day-to-day or over the course of the specific project:

Work Hours:

Working hours: 9AM-6PM EST (9PM-6AM Philippine Time) or 12PM-9PM EST(12AM-9AM Philippine Time)

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. Computer Science,Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting with afocus in IT).
