Responsibilities

• Manage and perform on-site technical services across Assigned Regions – travel required
• Remotely or guide installations of any client IT Shared System
• Knowledge transfer: build and maintain knowledge pages for Field Support
• Technical focal point for any question raised by IT Service Desk Support or Field Engineers during an on-site activity. This may require working outside business hours
• Monitoring equipment, preparing purchasing requests for materials needed for each project and writing daily and monthly reports regarding maintenance work provided
• Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve all IT related issues locally or remotely from both internal departments and external providers, vendors or clients
• Communication with clients as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, or agreed outages
• Escalate service issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels
