FC Home Center in Manila is seeking a fresh graduate for a full-time onsite IT support role. You will install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade hardware and software to ensure optimal performance for end users.

Responsibilities include timely troubleshooting, regular backups, IMAC tasks, and accurate documentation of incidents. Strong verbal and written communication with team and users is required.

Qualifikationen

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/MIS/Electronics or equivalent.
• ICT strand graduate with 6 months to 1 year IT troubleshooting experience.
• Willing to work overtime and deployment to assigned areas.
• Strong verbal and written communication with team and users.

Aufgaben

• Perform onsite/field support for installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading hardware/software.
• Troubleshoot issues promptly and perform regular backups and restorations; execute IMAC services per SLA.
• Install, configure, test, maintain and monitor end-user hardware/software; upgrade components as needed.
• Document desktop equipment failures, repairs and installations accurately.
• Gather and relay bugs and errors to system developers.
