Qualifications

• Graduate of IT-related course.
• At least 6 months related experience in Field Technical Works.
• Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting and cabling.
• Average user of MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support.
• Assist clients in solving complex technical issues.
• Respond to all client queries; may require after-hours work on-site as required.
• Document all relevant departmental and field activities and resolve complexities.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ensure client machines operate consistently with up-time of routers, servers, networks, PCs, POS and other devices.
• Troubleshoot and debug printers, POS, laptops and desktops.
• Communicate with customers in initial deployment troubleshooting and debugging of new hardware and software.
• Offer guidance and training to client personnel.
• Educate client about product operation and maintenance procedures.
• Analyze issues and prepare service reports promptly.
