• 2-4 years of IT support experience.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and provide support to different teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for computers, software, networks, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with the installation, setup, and maintenance of computers, devices, and IT systems.
• Monitor and report basic system and network concerns.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers when technical assistance is needed.
• Maintain IT records, equipment inventory, and user access.
• Assist with software updates, system upgrades, and other IT improvements.
• Help maintain data backups and basic IT security practices.
• Support employees with common IT tools, applications, and systems.
• Provide basic guidance to employees on the proper use of IT equipment and systems.
