Job summary

JFE Techno Manila, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead software development initiatives from initiation to closure, ensuring timely, quality deliverables.

You will define scope changes, develop detailed plans, coordinate teams, monitor progress, and report to senior management, applying SDLC and Agile practices across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring quality deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Define and ensure that changes in scope, objectives and deliverables or schedule are justified, covered, and agreed to by appropriate stakeholders and decision-makers
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resources.
• Coordinate and direct project team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project documentation, reports, and metrics to senior management.
• Facilitate and ensure project documentation are complete and comply with company document standard
• Facilitate regular project progress, meetings and status to project team members, stakeholders, and overseas counterpart
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders and escal… issues that require higher management awareness and issues.
• Collaborate with clients and counterparts for operation improvement
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• With minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in project management within the IT development field.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating and guiding teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in software project management tools (e.g., Jira, YouTrack).
• Must have experience in Project Management and handling multiple projects and prioritization.
• Knowledgeable in any programming language: Python, C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, PHP, XML, ReactJS, VueJS
• Knowledgeable in managing web service, cloud technology, and framework
