Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in Taguig is seeking an IT Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience to lead delivery initiatives from initiation to completion, coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will manage schedules, risks, and statuses, facilitate meetings, maintain project documentation, and ensure contracts such as SOWs, MAs, and MITAs are aligned with project scope and terms, while engaging stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT project delivery or project management.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Familiarity with contract management including SOWs, MAs, and MITAs.
• PMP, PMI, or ITIL certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project goals and expectations are achieved.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and status updates.
• Facilitate meetings and provide regular project reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Review and manage project-related contracts such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Agreements (MAs), and Master IT Agreements (MITAs).
• Ensure project activities comply with agreed contract terms and project scope.
• Support issue resolution and elevate concerns when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Working knowledge of contract management, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Agreements (MAs), and Master IT Agreements (MITAs)
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across all levels
• PMP, PMI, or ITIL certification is an advantage but not required
