Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Technician I to provide remote IT support, resolving workstation OS issues, printer problems, and business application challenges while ensuring fast, friendly service and accurate resolutions. The role requires experience with Windows and Mac OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and cybersecurity basics.

You’ll participate in after-hours support on a rotation and must have a reliable home office setup with stable internet and a willingness to work

Competenze

• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in Helpdesk support or a similar role.
• Skilled in application troubleshooting, PC deployments/imaging, and user profile management.
• Proficient in supporting Office 365, MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.
• Experience with MSPs is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Resolve technical issues with little or no assistance, including workstation OS, printer, and business application problems.
• Handle line-of-business application issues (e.g., SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) with vendor assistance as needed.
• Perform basic networking troubleshooting related to desktop connectivity.
• Answer incoming Quick Fix calls from clients.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours and weekend support for onsite and remote operations.
