Job summary

IRON Global is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide second-line, on-site IT support in a fast-paced environment. You will diagnose and resolve issues on Windows and Mac platforms, printers, and conferencing equipment, while maintaining documentation and customer service standards.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, CompTIA A+ and MCP/MCSE are desirable, with English-language proficiency and the ability to work with SMEs.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar desktop support role.
• CompTIA A+ and MCP/MCSE are desirable certifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and other desktop software/applications.
• Provide onsite hands-on support for end-user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and conferencing equipment.
• Record and manage requests using the IT service desk system; escalate as needed.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and effective communication with technical and non-technical staff.
• Attend training to stay current with technology and internal processes.
