This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work 1 day in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605.

About the Role

As an IT Data Analyst Sr, you will collect, analyze, and interpret service desk data to identify trends, improve performance, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will support program operations coordination, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and continuous improvement of IT services.

• Analyze ServiceNow ticket data and deliver actionable insights for process optimization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Automate reporting processes and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Coordinate program operations, track deliverables, and support financial management.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Business Administration.
• 4+ years of experience in IT data analysis and reporting.
• 3+ years of program or project coordination in IT support operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Knowledge and understanding of Service Desk/ IT Operations.
