Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Data Analyst to design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and perform robust SQL reporting from multiple enterprise systems. The role is based in Mall of Asia, Pasay with a hybrid work setup and dayshift schedule.

You will develop data quality processes, build predictive insights, and support FP&A with actionable analytics to drive business decisions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Power BI experience with dashboards, data modelling, and DAX.
• Strong SQL skills across relational databases.
• Experience automating workflows and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations using Power BI.
• Write, optimise, and maintain SQL queries for reporting, extraction, and data transformation.
• Investigate and improve data quality through validation, cleansing, and documentation processes.
• Develop predictive models and perform data analysis to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyse and consolidate data from multiple enterprise systems to support financial planning and decision‑making.
• Automate reporting workflows and improve reporting efficiency across FP&A processes.
• Support the FP&A Manager by delivering accurate, meaningful, and actionable business insights.
• Apply ETL and data integration techniques to improve accessibility and usability of business data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting needs and provide analytical solutions.
• Present findings and insights clearly to support strategic and operational initiatives.

Your Role

What You Need

• Practical experience with Power BI including dashboard design, data modelling, and DAX.

• Understanding of ETL processes, data integration patterns, and data quality techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate insights clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills/Expertise

• Advanced Power Query and DAX capabilities.
• Experience with predictive modelling and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and modelling techniques.
• Experience handling and analysing large datasets.
• Background in FP&A, finance analytics, or business intelligence environments.
• Exposure to enterprise reporting and financial systems.
• Knowledge of data governance and documentation best practices.
• Experience creating executive‑level dashboards and reports.
