Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to negotiate IT contracts with suppliers at Raffles Place, Singapore. This role supports procurement initiatives and ensures compliance with internal policies.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk and IT teams, review SOWs and proposals, and advise stakeholders on contract matters to mitigate risks and maximise value.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience reviewing contracts, SOWs, quotations, and commercial proposals is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with business users, vendors, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Reviewed and negotiated IT contracts with suppliers for various IT initiatives.
• Collaborated with Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Legal, and IT stakeholders to protect organisational interests and maximise value from suppliers.
• Ensured compliance with internal policies, processes, standards, and guidelines.
• Advised stakeholders on contractual matters, identified contract gaps, and mitigated risks through collaboration.
• Promoted a strong risk management culture through clear communication with stakeholders and colleagues.
