iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Contract Analyst, Procurement to join our global Procurement Department. The role focuses on reviewing complex agreements for accuracy, compliance, and risk, while supporting Operations, IT, HR and Procurement teams worldwide.

The successful candidate will draft, negotiate and manage vendor contracts (MSAs, SOWs, software and service agreements) and work with Legal and business partners to ensure terms align with policy and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field required.
• Proven experience in contract management and negotiation.
• Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts including MSAs, SOWs, software and service agreements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement/Supply Chain, and Legal teams to align terms.
• Track contract status and maintain accurate contract databases.
• Serve as liaison between company and vendors.
• Ensure contracts comply with laws and company policies.
• Provide advice on contract interpretation and lifecycle management.
