Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to negotiate IT contracts with suppliers at Raffles Place, Singapore. This role supports procurement initiatives and ensures compliance with internal policies.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk and IT teams, review SOWs and proposals, and advise stakeholders on contract matters to mitigate risks and maximise value.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience reviewing contracts, SOWs, quotations, and commercial proposals is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with business users, vendors, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and IT teams.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience reviewing contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), quotations, commercial proposals, and supporting procurement documentation will be advantageous

• Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users, vendors, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams
