Job summary

Bridge Data Centres Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Manager, Contract Management to oversee customer contracts across the sales lifecycle. You will review, negotiate and administer agreements to minimize risk while enabling growth, serving as the commercial advisor during negotiations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations, lead redlining, ensure templates reflect business needs, and maintain a centralized contract repository.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in contract management or related functions.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating customer-facing agreements.
• Strong understanding of commercial risk management and contract negotiation principles.
• Ability to review contractual clauses and identify commercial, financial, and operational risks.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts, MSAs, order forms, amendments and other commercial documents.
• Identify risks and provide recommendations to mitigate exposure.
• Advise stakeholders on terms, obligations, liabilities, service commitments and commercial implications.
• Support contract negotiations to secure favorable terms while maintaining relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales during contract discussions and customer negotiations.
• Review requested contractual changes and assess impacts.
• Lead contract redlining with Legal, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Fulfilment teams.
• Ensure commitments align with capabilities and objectives.
• Support development of contract templates, commercial terms and negotiation playbooks.
• Maintain a contract repository and ensure all agreements, amendments, approvals and supporting documentation are properly managed.
