Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Change Manager to govern the IT Change Management process across applications, infrastructure and services, ensuring controlled changes with minimal disruption to business operations.

You will lead CAB facilitation, coordinate risk assessments, track metrics, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring compliance with bank policies and audit requirements. Onsite role in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/BA/MIS or related disciplines.
• 7–10 years of IT, ITSM, operations, PM, or governance experience.
• At least 5 years hands-on Change/Release/Service management experience.
• Experience facilitating CAB, governance reviews, and change approvals.
• Banking/financial services experience is a plus, onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of Change Requests.
• Review, assess, prioritize, approve, reject, or elevate changes by risk and urgency.
• Coordinate CAB and governance meetings; ensure readiness and approvals.
• Maintain change calendar and monitor implementation adherence to plans.
• Track performance metrics, conduct post-deployment reviews, and drive improvements.
