Job summary

CIMB Bank Berhad is seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to oversee governance of change windows across IT systems, acting as the gatekeeper for all IT changes from intake to post-implementation review.

The role requires strong incident coordination, stakeholder management and a solid understanding of ITSM/ITIL practices to ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum a University Degree in IT or related discipline; Diploma with 10+ years considered.
• ITIL certification or equivalent is a plus.
• 3-5 years in application support, IT service management, or project management with strong coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, review and govern change windows for IT systems and services.
• Act as gatekeeper for all IT change requests from intake to post-implementation review.
