Job summary

Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Change Management Associate to support planning and execution of change initiatives for IT and organizational projects.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, communication, change readiness, user adoption, and training coordination to ensure a smooth transition during system implementation and organizational changes. You will collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, end users, and implementation partners to facilitate change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, IT, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Change Management, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting change management for IT projects, system implementations, or business transformations.
• Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and user adoption strategies.
• Experience coordinating training programs and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing change management activities based on project scope and milestones.
• Identify stakeholders, assess involvement, and facilitate engagement throughout the project.
• Conduct change impact assessments and document effects on users and business units.
• Develop and coordinate communication materials, including presentations and newsletters.
• Support change readiness assessments and identify areas needing engagement.
• Coordinate end-user training, Train-the-Trainer programs, and learning activities.
• Monitor user readiness and adoption levels, addressing adoption challenges as needed.
• Document risks, issues, and resistance with mitigation plans.
• Work with project managers and technical teams to align change activities with deliverables.
• Provide support during UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and post-implementation adoption activities.
