Qualifications

• Five years of Project Management and/or Program Management experience.
• Proven experience in operations transformation and change management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Insurance industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations transformation and change management projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization.
• Coordinate with business leaders, project teams, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within the agreed scope.
• Provide regular project updates and promptly address issues or risks.
• Support the successful implementation and adoption of process changes.
