This role emphasizes collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, and Support to deliver measurable financial technology outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis or similar client-facing role.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud apps, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong background in financial services (payments, treasury, banking, fintech).
• Translating business needs into scalable technical solutions; SWIFT/ISO20022 knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business processes and objectives.
• Lead discovery workshops and requirements sessions to define successful solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for development teams.
• Serve as the link between clients, Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Support teams.
• Design and document business processes, workflows, integrations, and solution requirements.
• Support client onboarding, implementation, user adoption, and post-go-live success.
• Drive process improvements and maximize the value of the Financial Hub platform.
