Private Advertiser seeks an entry-level IT Help Desk / Technical Support professional in Metro Manila. You will handle hardware, software, networking, and system issues, and configure CCTV and POS systems for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years in IT Help Desk, Technical Support, or Service Desk; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple support requests.
• Willing to travel to company branches/outlets as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Configure, install, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS systems.
• Handle IT support requests and monitor incidents through a ticketing system.
• Diagnose issues and escalate complex problems to IT personnel.
• Provide timely and effective technical assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.
