Job summary

ERNI Schweiz AG seeks an experienced IT Asset Management professional in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. You will act as the technical interface for HAM Pro, define hardware stockrooms, asset lifecycle stages, and CMDB reconciliation, and ensure data quality across ServiceNow and Flexera.

The role requires 5+ years in ITAM/ITSM, strong analytics, and vendor coordination. Hybrid onsite work is required with some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT Asset Mgmt, ITSM, or related IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HAM Pro and asset governance.
• Experience with CMDB, asset reconciliation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Interface with ServiceNow HAM Pro vendor to define requirements and validate configurations.
• Oversee asset lifecycle, hardware stockrooms, and asset normalization.
• Manage integrations with Flexera and API/MID Server connectivity.
• Develop ITAM governance policies, KPIs, and data quality controls.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, or related IT operations. Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow HAM Pro, including:

• Hardware stockrooms
• Asset lifecycle management
• Asset normalization
• CMDB and reconciliation
• Business Rules
• UI Policies
• Flow Designer/Workflow
• ACLs
• Performance Analytics/reporting
• Working knowledge of Flexera or equivalent IT asset/software asset management tools and their integration with ServiceNow through APIs or MID Server.
• Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, governance, compliance, and controls.
• Experience in ITAM policy/process development and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing or overseeing third-party IT vendors or system integrators.
• Experience reviewing technical designs, configurations, test results, and conducting acceptance testing.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or HAM Pro/ITAM micro‑certification is strongly preferred.
• ITIL certification or strong working knowledge of ITIL practices is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical interface with the ServiceNow implementation vendor for HAM Pro.
• Define and validate requirements for hardware stockrooms, asset lifecycle stages/models, asset normalization, CMDB reconciliation, and ITAM workflows. Review and test ServiceNow configurations, including Flow Designer/Workflow, Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs, and reporting/Performance Analytics. Oversee and validate ServiceNow HAM Pro and Flexera integrations, including API/MID Server connectivity, asset reconciliation, and data quality.
• Ensure accurate tracking of asset ownership, lifecycle status, financial attributes, and compliance across ITAM systems such as ServiceNow, Flexera, and Oracle FAR. Develop and maintain IT asset governance policies, standards, procedures, and controls. Define ITAM KPIs, data quality metrics, and control checkpoints and work with the vendor on their implementation.
• Develop and review asset inventory, lifecycle, compliance, and risk reports/dashboards. Identify ITAM gaps, risks, and control issues and oversee corrective actions with the vendor. Review vendor technical deliverables, testing results, documentation, and support acceptance testing.
