Job summary

Visa in Manila seeks an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth for Issuing Solutions and Risk & Security Solutions with banks, fintechs and other financial institutions in the Philippines.

You will lead strategic client engagements, develop opportunities, and deliver revenue and adoption targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, economics, engineering, technology or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in payments, banking, fintech, or related industries.
• Proven experience in solution sales, business development, or client-facing roles within payments, fraud, risk, or digital banking.
• Ability to identify opportunities, build pipeline, develop proposals, and drive complex sales cycles.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate business value to diverse stakeholders.
• Curiosity and rapid learning of products, technologies, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across levels.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to accelerate adoption of Visa’s Issuing and Risk & Security Solutions.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline across banks and fintechs.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from origination to contract closure.
• Deliver revenue, pipeline, and client adoption targets.
• Create account plans with country leadership and Visa teams.
• Engage senior stakeholders across cards, retail and digital banking.
• Provide market feedback to influence product roadmaps.
