Job summary

Visa in the Philippines seeks a Director of Product Development/Management to lead strategy, design, and execution of digital payments solutions. The role requires deep expertise in product strategy, agile execution, and cross-functional leadership to drive adoption across regional teams.

The position emphasizes collaboration with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, and merchants, while guiding product lifecycles from concept to market.

Qualifications

Eight or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree.
Experience in creating vision statements and setting product goals.
Experience in defining product strategy and design.
Experience in customer discovery and the design of new products.
Experience in product execution and leading plans to achieve goals.
Experience in Agile frameworks and matrixed organizations.
Experience with banking or payments industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Philippines Digital Solutions strategy across growth areas.
Identify market opportunities and develop business cases and go-to-market plans.
Lead end-to-end execution from strategy through launch and optimization.
Partner with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, merchants, wallets, and ecosystem partners.
Serve as SME for Visa's digital product suite and provide advisory to clients.
