Notified is seeking a Supervisor, Event Services to lead a team delivering investor relations webcasts and conference calls for high-visibility clients. You will manage planning, execution, and follow-up while coaching staff and maintaining quality standards.

You will balance client demands with internal operations, staying current on webcast tech and industry trends, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless event delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in webcasting, conferencing, or live events.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work outside standard hours for live events.
