Job summary

Notified is seeking a Webcast Manager to coordinate end-to-end webcast and virtual events, acting as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience coordinating and delivering live, client-facing events in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage webcast and virtual events from handoff through planning, configuration, testing, live delivery, and post-event completion.
• Serve as primary client contact, guiding event requirements, technical solutions, and best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to define responsibilities, timelines, and handoffs.
• Configure and test webcast platforms and prepare event content (presentations, audio/video, materials).
• Support live, recorded, and on-demand events and perform quality checks throughout the event lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate escalation/contingency measures as needed.
• Manage multiple events concurrently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Participate in post-event reviews, incident debriefs, and root-cause analysis.
