Job summary

Kitchen Beauty Marketing Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to oversee the complete sales order-to-billing cycle for concession accounts. You will validate, document, and post financial transactions in line with accounting policies, ensuring accurate revenue recognition.

The role requires BS Accountancy, strong MS Office skills, and at least 2 years in the field, with experience in NS Oracle ERP System preferred.

About the role

Oversees the complete sales order–to–billing cycle for concession accounts, ensuring proper validation, documentation, and posting of financial transactions in compliance with accounting policies.

Key responsibilities

• Reconciles concession sales records against sales liquidation reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper revenue recognition
• Performs monthly and annual closing activities for concession channel, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance with accounting policies
• Administers internal records management for promotional pricing and product details, ensuring data integrity for concession channel
• Invoicing operation support for other sales channel which includes but not limited to Sales order modification and billing
• Internal Customer Support
