Responsibilities

• Create sales invoices in Netsuite for services rendered.
• Validate documents and inputs from business development.
• Monitor collections from assigned customer accounts.
• Reconcile accounts with customer representatives.
• Create sales orders in Netsuite for pro-forma invoicing.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Good command of English, verbal and written

Job description

Responsibilities

• Create sales invoice in Netsuite for services rendered to a customer
• Create and update customer statement of account (SOA) on a regular basis
• Validate documents and inputs from business development and operations which are used for the calculation of revenue
• Monitor collections from assigned customer account
• Reconcile accounts with customer representative on a regular basis
• Maintain good rapport with customer representatives and ensure escalation procedures can be properly performed
• Create Sales order in netsuite for pro-forma invoicing, as applicable
• Monitor and collect CWT certificates (BIR form 2307)
• Assist on reconciliation of payment application with treasury team
• Escalate to immediate superior any issues or problems that require immediate resolutions and actions.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Finance, Financial Management, Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or equivalent.
• Candidate must be willing to work in East Service Road, Cupang, Muntinlupa
• At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in the related field is required to qualify for the position. New hires are entertained.
• Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel is a must.
• Must have good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
