Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in collections, accounts receivable, or I2C functions.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, lookup functions, and basic formulas.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day collections for assigned accounts via phone, email, and portals.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and prioritize collection efforts to reduce past-due balances.
• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes and billing discrepancies with Billing and Sales.
• Prepare, negotiate, and document payment arrangements and follow-up.
• Assist with cash application and short-pays reconciliation.
• Escalate delinquent accounts per policy and support AR reporting.
