Job summary

Biopharma Careers in the Philippines seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the Invoice Issue Resolution team within our Shared Services environment. You will ensure SLA compliance, coordinate daily operations, and drive timely reporting and issue resolution.

The role requires 5+ years in AP, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, plus strong coaching skills and familiarity with SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in AP end-to-end processes, with 3+ years in supervisory role.
• Experience in Shared Services environments preferred.
• Proficient in invoice posting, payments, issue resolution, reporting, and vendor reconciliation.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Coaching and people-management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise reports in Invoice Issue Resolution to meet SLA.
• Plan daily operations and work schedules for the team.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints within turnaround time.
• Review KPI reports monthly and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee AP month-end activities and timely reporting.
• Coach and mentor associates for growth.
• Coordinate training and update training materials.
• Drive process improvements aligned with company goals.
