Michael Page partners with a multinational pharmaceutical firm in BGC to recruit an AP Team Lead - Issue Resolution. You will lead AP operations, supervise a team, and ensure timely delivery while handling escalations and month-end close.

The role requires 5+ years in end-to-end AP and 4+ years in a supervisory capacity, with strong ERP, analytics, and stakeholder management skills. Hybrid work setup; SSC/BPO experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end AP experience.
• 4+ years of supervisory/team lead experience.
• Strong ERP, financial analysis, problem-solving, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SSC or BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP Operations: supervise an Accounts Payable team, manage daily operations, escalations, month-end activities, SLAs and KPIs.
• Investigate invoice issues, conduct 3C/RCA and Lean problem-solving sessions, drive process improvements.
• Coach and mentor team members, manage performance, coordinate training, and liaise with stakeholders.
• Utilize ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle/Ariba) for reconciliation, analytics, accounting and reporting.

Job Description

• Lead AP Operations: Supervise an Accounts Payable team, manage daily operations, escalations, month-end activities, SLAs, and KPIs while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Investigate invoice issues, conduct 3C/RCA and Lean problem-solving sessions, resolve operational challenges, and drive process improvements and projects.
• People & Stakeholder Management: Coach and mentor team members, manage performance and behavioral issues, coordinate training, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba), reconciliation, analytics, accounting, and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AP Team Lead - Issue Resolution should have:

• The ideal candidate has 5+ years of end-to-end AP experience
• 4+ years of supervisory/team lead experience
• Stong skills in ERP systems, financial analysis, problem-solving, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with working with an SSC or BPO
