Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead research, data research, or contact sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with contact databases such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including accurate data entry and organization.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
• Sound judgment in picking the right decision-maker from a list of similar job titles.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for researching professional profiles.
• Sharp-eyed, dependable, and able to work on your own.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research roughly 300 investor organizations to identify the people responsible for investment decisions.
• Search ZoomInfo using a provided list of likely job titles to find the right contacts at each organization.
• Compile up to 10 suitable contacts per organization when several people match the target titles.
• Gather names, email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles for each contact.
• Enter and maintain all research findings accurately in Excel spreadsheets.
• Study organization structures to find the right person when job titles don't match exactly.
• Flag organizations with no clear match so they can be reviewed together.
• Spot contacts who have left their company or whose details are outdated.
• Add new organizations and contacts to the list as more referrals come in.
