Qualifications

• Experience in lead research or data research.
• Proficient with contact databases such as ZoomInfo or Apollo.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with accurate data entry.
• Excellent English reading and writing abilities.
• Ability to identify the right decision-maker among similar titles.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for profile research.
• Well-organized, trustworthy, and independent worker.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research about 300 investor organizations to identify the decision-makers.
• Use ZoomInfo (and similar tools) to locate contacts by probable titles.
• Compile up to 10 suitable contacts per organization.
• Collect names, emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles for each contact.
• Enter and maintain findings in Excel spreadsheets.
• Review organization structures to match the right person when titles vary.
• Flag organizations without a clear match for review.
• Identify outdated contacts and add new organizations as referrals come in.
