Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead research or data research.
• Hands-on experience with contact databases like ZoomInfo or Apollo.
• Strong data entry and organization using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to identify correct decision-makers from similar job titles.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for researching profiles.
• Independent, attentive, and conscientious work style.
• Strong communication skills for documenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Research around 300 investor organizations to identify decision-makers.
• Use ZoomInfo and similar tools to locate relevant contacts.
• Compile up to 10 contacts per organization with names, emails, phones, and LinkedIn profiles.
• Enter and maintain research data in Excel spreadsheets.
• Review organization structures to match titles correctly.
• Flag organizations lacking a clear match for review.
• Identify outdated or moved contacts and update records.
• Add new organizations and contacts as referrals arrive.
