Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds, including real estate, private equity, debt, and infrastructure, under line manager guidance. The role also supports end-to-end client onboarding and liaises with Luxembourg teams to deliver timely deliverables.

You'll perform World Check screening, AML/KYC analyses, maintain internal databases, draft service agreements, and participate in client calls, ensuring a smooth

Qualifications

Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures under guidance.
Assist with World Check screening and AML/KYC analyses and maintain databases.
Support onboarding documentation and service agreements for clients.

Responsibilities

Coordinate fee proposals for AIFs investing in real estate, private equity, debt and infrastructure.
Support end-to-end client onboarding by coordinating with internal/external stakeholders.
Assist with AML/KYC reviews, World Check, and compliance approval processes.
Draft onboarding paperwork and participate in client/stakeholder calls as needed.
