Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Business Implementation Officer to coordinate fee proposals for funds and corporate structures and to support end-to-end client onboarding. The role involves World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, and documentation handling while liaising with Luxembourg and internal teams to ensure timely onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating fee proposals for funds and structures.
• Experience with AML/KYC reviews and World Check screening.
• Ability to coordinate onboarding with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing onboarding documentation and service agreements.
• Ability to liaise with Luxembourg and internal teams on deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding with internal/external stakeholders and seamless handover to operations.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, and internal database maintenance.
• Prepare onboarding documentation including bank account opening paperwork and service agreements; participate in calls.
• Assist with legal document reviews and coordinate with Luxembourg teams to meet client deliverables.
