Job summary

IQ-EQ, a leading Investor Services group, is seeking a role to coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures, with a focus on onboarding clients and ensuring smooth handovers to operational teams.

You will conduct World Check and AML/KYC reviews, maintain internal databases, support compliance approvals, draft service agreements, and liaise with Luxembourg teams to deliver onboarding deliverables on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures under guidance from line manager.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for seamless handover to operations.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, internal database maintenance, and compliance approval processes.
• Prepare onboarding documentation including bank account opening paperwork and service agreements.
• Facilitate coordination with Luxembourg and internal teams to meet onboarding deliverables.
