Job summary

IQ-EQ in Manila is seeking a role focused on coordinating and preparing fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures, guided by the line manager. You will support end-to-end client onboarding, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover to operations.

Responsibilities include World Check screening, AML/KYC analysis, internal database maintenance, onboarding documentation, and coordinating with Luxembourg teams to meet client

Qualifications

• This role requires coordinating onboarding for funds and corporate structures.
• Experience with AML/KYC reviews and client onboarding processes.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and structures.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding and handover to operations.
• Assist with World Check screening and AML/KYC reviews.
• Maintain internal databases and support compliance approvals.
• Prepare onboarding docs including service agreements and bank paperwork.
