Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Business Implementation Officer to coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across real estate, private equity, debt, and infrastructure. You will support end-to-end onboarding, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover to operations.

You will assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, and internal database maintenance, and prepare onboarding documentation including service agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating AML/KYC onboarding for funds and corporate structures.
• Familiar with World Check screening and client due diligence processes.
• Ability to manage onboarding documentation and service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and related structures.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with AML/KYC analysis, screening, and database maintenance.
• Prepare bank account opening docs and service agreements; participate in calls.
• Assist with legal document reviews and coordinate with Luxembourg teams.
