Job summary

SJK – GUAHAN INC. ( CLUBGOLFCARTS.PH ) is seeking an experienced Inventory & Systems Administrator in Laguna/Santa Rosa to manage inventory records and Zoho systems. You will ensure data accuracy, support operations, accounting, sales, and service, and streamline processes across departments.

The role requires 3–5 years in inventory or systems administration, strong Zoho experience, and advanced data skills. This position offers on-site work and opportunities to optimize reporting and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of inventory management or systems administration experience.
• Hands-on Zoho experience and admin capabilities are preferred.
• Strong inventory controls, reconciliation, and reporting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for equipment, parts, supplies, and assets.
• Monitor stock movements including receiving, transfers, releases, returns, and adjustments.
• Perform regular inventory reconciliations between physical stock and system data.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with relevant departments.
• Serve as the primary Zoho system administrator and manage users and permissions.
• Maintain system settings, master data, and workflows within Zoho.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and forms as needed.
• Generate inventory and operational reports using Zoho and other systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Sales, Service, Warehouse, and HR on related matters.
