Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or retail logistics preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and inventory management systems; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor stock rotation and warehouse organization
• Plan and optimize warehouse layout and space usage
• Train store team on stocking procedures, date coding, and best practices
• Coordinate restocking and generate purchase orders
• Audit inventory, track discrepancies, and escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate with store supervisors and management on inventory matters
• Investigate and report damaged or missing shipments
• Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations
