Job summary

Treasure Island Industrial Corp. in General Santos is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to support inventory control and data entry in the D365 system. You will participate in monthly and annual physical inventories, record deliveries, and forward reports to Accounting.

You will coordinate with Customer Service on arrivals of special items, update system locations, and manage returns and transfers between warehouse zones to ensure proper stock movement and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in Monthly/Annual Physical Inventory
• Receives Stock Delivery Receipt and registers received finished goods to D365 system. (IR RR)
• Registers received traded products to D365 System and prints receiving report and forwards to Accounting. (IR RR)
• Coordinates with Customer Service Representative of the arrival of special items for immediate pull-out and delivery to customer.
• Updates in system location of items according to the filled-up Transfer Location Form from Warehouse Handler.
• Updates in system transfer of bad items from good warehouse to quarantine warehouse according to the filled-up Return Goods Receiving Slip by warehouse handler.
• Registers returned items from customer or branch to D365 system based on Return Order Document (Picking List) from CAD.
• Monitors and ensures all returned items from customer or branch are transferred to quarantine warehouse by Warehouse Handler.
• Updates in D365 system transfer of repacked items from quarantine warehouse to good warehouse according to the filled-up Transfer Location Form by Quality Inspector.
