Job summary

Shopee is looking for an Inventory Controller to oversee validation of inventory in our warehouse, manage variances and reconcile cycles counts with departments. You will supervise direct and agency staff, ensuring accurate reporting and timely processing.

Experience in e-commerce or logistics and strong Excel skills are preferred. The role requires ownership, strong analytical ability and discipline, with duties including damage claim processing and cost-conscious inventory management in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
1–3 years in e-commerce, warehousing, supply chain or logistics preferred.
Strong ownership and operational discipline.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Supervisory experience with direct and agency staff.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management System.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Willing to be assigned in Bulacan.

Responsibilities

Validate all inventory items from fresh deliveries and day-to-day movements.
Manage damage, excess and missing inventory to minimize warehouse costs through reconciliation.
Validate, approve or reject cycle counts with discrepancies across departments.
Handle accounting and filing for validated damage claims to the agency.
