Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a skilled Inventory/Cycle Count Manager to drive continuous improvement in cycle count processes and enhance stock accuracy. You will lead the cycle count team, monitor productivity, and work with finance and auditors to align with corporate standards.

You will manage cycle count plans in the WMS, monitor aging and non-moving stock, and deliver weekly performance reports. Strong leadership, English communication, and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years in inventory management, preferably e-commerce.
• Experience with cycle counts a plus.
• Proficient in English and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous improvement for cycle count processes through problem analysis.
• Monitor and improve productivity of the cycle count team.
• Improve inventory accuracy and identify causes of errors in stock.
• Deliver cycle count performance aligned with plan and finance standards.
• Manage cycle count plan in WMS to align with Regional plan.
• Monitor Expired, Aging and non-moving stock in inventory.
• Prepare weekly reports such as damage, aging, expired, inventory on hand.
• Lead and collaborate with senior business teams on strategy and execution of operating plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
