TRT is seeking an experienced Inventory Team Lead to manage inventory analysts, oversee movement across global warehouses, and ensure systems support TRT’s service commitments and global SLAs. The role combines hands-on inventory expertise with people leadership and analytical acumen to keep stock optimal and service uninterrupted.

You will drive inventory controls, oversee reconciliation, collaborate with supply chain and procurement, train and mentor staff, and champion continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in inventory management or logistics.
  • Experience leading or supervising inventory/operations teams is preferred.
  • Experience with inventory systems, ERP tools, and reporting.
  • Global or multi-location inventory experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the Inventory Analyst team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee inventory tracking, monitoring, and reconciliation across global warehouses.
  • Ensure inventory availability aligns with SLAs and customer commitments.
  • Allocate inventory resources efficiently across regions and service locations.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and technical teams.
  • Review and approve inventory reports, variance analyses, and investigations.
  • Identify risks, shortages, obsolescence, and drive corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of inventory systems and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and inventory governance.
  • Support forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment strategies.
  • Train and mentor inventory team members to improve performance.

Job description

The Inventory Team Lead plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of TRT’s global inventory operations. This position is responsible for overseeing inventory analysts, managing inventory movement across multiple global warehouses, and ensuring inventory systems support TRT’s service delivery commitments and global SLAs.

The role requires a strong balance of hands-on inventory expertise, people leadership, analytical capability, and operational discipline, with the objective of maintaining optimal inventory levels, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting uninterrupted service delivery across TRT’s global operations

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and provide day-to-day direction to the Inventory Analyst team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to inventory controls
  • Oversee inventory tracking, monitoring, and reconciliation across TRT’s global warehouses and storage locations
  • Ensure inventory availability aligns with service-level requirements, project demands, and customer commitments
  • Allocate inventory resources efficiently across regions, warehouses, and service locations
  • Coordinate closely with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and technical teams to support operational needs
  • Review, validate, and approve inventory reports, variance analyses, and discrepancy investigations
  • Identify inventory risks, shortages, overages, and obsolescence, and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Drive continuous improvement of inventory systems, processes, and reporting accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and inventory governance standards
  • Support forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment strategies to optimize stock levels
  • Escalate critical inventory issues proactively and recommend solutions to management
  • Train, mentor, and develop inventory team members to improve performance and operational maturity
Qualifications
  • :Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fiel
  • dMinimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or logistic
  • sPrior experience leading or supervising an inventory or operations team is strongly preferre
  • dExperience working with inventory systems, ERP tools, and reporting platform
  • sExposure to global or multi-location inventory operations is an advantag
