Private Advertiser in Makati, Philippines is hiring an Inventory Clerk to monitor, record, and assist in issuing spare parts, office supplies, and other materials stored in the Spare Parts Storage (SPS). You will ensure accurate inventory records and proper documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience; fresh grads considered if capable.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with multitasking capability.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update the SPS Monitoring file.
• Record incoming and outgoing spare parts and office supplies
• Monitor available stocks and report low inventory levels
• Receive and check requests for spare parts and office supplies
• Prepare and release items based on approved requests
• Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment of issued materials
• Update the SPS Inventory, Issuance Monitoring, and Stock Movement records
• Assist in regular physical inventory counting
• Keep the SPS storage area clean and organized
• Assist in checking inventory-related documents such as PR, PO, and IR records

About the role

Responsible for monitoring, recording, and assisting in the issuance of spare parts, office supplies, and other materials stored in the Spare Parts Storage (SPS). Ensures accurate inventory records, proper documentation, and organized storage of items.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the SPS Monitoring file

• Record incoming and outgoing spare parts and office supplies

• Monitor available stocks and report items with low inventory levels

• Receive and check requests for spare parts and office supplies

• Prepare and release items based on approved requests

• Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment of issued materials

• Update the SPS Inventory, Issuance Monitoring, and Stock Movement records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related business-related course.

• At least one (1) year of experience.

• Fresh graduates with strong academic background may be considered depending on competency and exposure.

• Proficient in Google Workspace.

• Experience in Oracle NetSuite systems is an advantage.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly organized.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
