• Associate or Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year experience as Inventory Staff or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Perform regular physical and cycle counts.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stocks.
• Prepare inventory reports using Excel and Office.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Monitor stock movements (in, out, transfers, returns).
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, purchasing and other departments on inventory needs.
• Ensure proper labeling, organization and storage of items.
• Identify damaged, expired, missing or excess stocks and report them to supervisor.
• Assist in documenting inventory transactions.
• Suggest solutions to improve accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Perform other inventory-related tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities for Inventory Staff:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stocks and materials.
• Prepare and update inventory reports using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Monitor stock movements, including stock-in, stock-out, transfers, and returns.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, operations, purchasing, and other concerned departments regarding inventory requirements.
• Ensure proper labeling, organization, and storage of inventory items.
• Identify damaged, expired, missing, or excess stocks and report them to the immediate supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation of inventory transactions.
• Recommend solutions to improve inventory accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
• Perform other inventory-related tasks as assigned by management.
