• Monitor & Control:Maintain optimal stock levels, preventing shortages (stockouts) or excess inventory (overstock).
• Accuracy:Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories, resolving discrepancies to ensure records match physical stock.
• Coordination:Work with purchasing, production, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast needs and plan stock replenishment.
• System Management:Use inventory Diablo software for tracking, data entry, and generating reports.
• Receiving & Dispatch:Oversee the processing, stocking, and shipment of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Supplier Liaison:Communicate with vendors for timely deliveries and to resolve issues.
• Process Improvement:Identify and recommend ways to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
