Job summary

Sunnies Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Demand Planning Officer to oversee forecasting, replenishment, and inventory strategies for the assigned brand, ensuring product availability and data-driven planning.

The role collaborates with Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to validate assumptions, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and inventory performance. Supervisory duties include guiding the Demand Planning team to timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field.
• 1+ year experience in demand forecasting and planning.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting methodologies and replenishment planning.
• Experience with ERP or planning systems and advanced Excel.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into planning decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to supervise teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor demand forecasting using historical sales, trends, seasonality, and inputs.
• Track forecast accuracy and KPIs, identify variances, and suggest corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain for validation.
• Oversee replenishment planning to maintain target inventory and availability.
• Manage Open-to-Buy, safety stock, ABC analysis, and inventory turnover.
• Lead S&OP and align demand with supply plans, addressing risks.
• Coach the Demand Planning team to ensure timely and accurate execution.
