Job summary

Sunnies Inc. is seeking a Supply Planning Assistant Manager in Manila to oversee SKU-level supply plans, translate demand into actionable purchasing and production requirements, and manage supply risks across suppliers and warehouses.

The role partners with Demand Planning and other cross-functional teams to align purchasing, lead times, and delivery schedules, ensuring inventory targets and priorities are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in supply/demand planning preferred in retail.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead SKU-level supply plans across suppliers and warehouses based on demand forecasts and inventory positions.
• Translate demand into purchase/production requirements aligned with priorities.
• Review and adjust plans with changes in demand, inventory, supplier capacity, and priorities.
• Establish and monitor supply planning parameters for accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify shortages or capacity constraints and develop mitigations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve supply exceptions.
• Analyze trends to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop contingency plans for critical products and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to translate forecasts into plans.
• Lead regular supply planning discussions and communicate risks and actions.
